ISSUER — TOKEN EVIDENCE

Issued tokens on XRPL are not unique by ticker. usd is not USD. An issuer account can set flags such as RequireAuth, GlobalFreeze, or DefaultRipple. Club records those flags when they appear. That is not a safety score and not an endorsement.

First learning experience: no wallet connect, no seed, no Mainnet write. Built using XRP Ledger-native APIs. Independent community project. No endorsement implied.

Identity is exact currency plus issuer
Never infer a token from a nickname. The ledger identity is the 3-character or 40-hex currency code together with the issuer classic address.

Flags are bits, not morals
GlobalFreeze is an AccountRoot bit. Observing it is FREEZE CONDITION evidence. It is not a verdict that holders should buy, sell, or flee.

Issuer verified is a narrow phrase
In this Club, “Issuer verified” means only that documented RPC fields were observed for the fixture. It never means the issuer is safe, licensed, or endorsed by Ripple, the XRPL Foundation, XRPL Commons, or this project.
